To my father 💜
Some things have special meaning for each one of us... and these particular pendants have great added value for me. My father made them for his personal use back in the '70s and he wore them on his neck for a very long time; the Tetragrammaton of Eliphas Lévi (also called Esoteric Pentagram or Pentalpha), and a simple Pentacle.
As you know, occultism experienced a rebirth especially during the '60s and '70s, and as many people at that time, my parents became also interested in the world of magic and esotericism, as a new line of knowledge and personal initiation; I remember my childhood surrounded by a wide range of esoteric books, incense and candles, tarot cards, a lot of copies of the popular spanish magazine "Más allá" and TV programs about mystery and parapsychology.
For this reason, the meaning that these two pendants have for me could never be compared with that of other amulets... Beyond the fashions or emerging trends absolutely emptied of all meaning, and the throwaway identities that are so common in the present environment in which we live.
These two pentacles actually contain my father's wish to discover new things, the enthusiasm for new ideas, the value of being oneself in opposition to the imposed beliefs and the traditional culture.
In short, they contain an important part of my father's soul ✨

Para mi padre... 💜
Hay algunas cosas que tienen un significado especial para cada uno de nosotros... y estos colgantes en particular, poseen un gran valor añadido para mí. Mi padre se los hizo para sí mismo allá por los años 70 y los llevó colgados del cuello durante mucho tiempo; Un medallón grabado con el Tetragramaton de Eliphas Lévi, (llamado también Pentagrama Esotérico o Pentalfa), y un Pentáculo sencillo.
Como ya sabréis, las tendencias ocultistas experimentaron un resurgir especialmente durante los años 60 y 70, y como mucha gente en aquella época, mis padres también se interesaron en el mundo de la magia y el esoterismo, como línea iniática de conocimiento; Recuerdo mi infancia rodeada de un gran número de libros esotéricos, incienso y velas, cartas del tarot, cantidad de ejemplares de la popular revista española "Más allá" y programas de televisión sobre misterio y parapsicología.
Por esta razón, el significado que estos dos colgantes tienen para mí, nunca podría compararse con el de otros amuletos... más allá de las modas o las tendencias emergentes absolutamente vacías de todo significado, y de las identidades de "usar y tirar" que tan comunes son en el entorno actual en el que vivimos.
Estos dos pentáculos en realidad contienen el deseo de mi padre de descubrir cosas nuevas, el entusiasmo por las nuevas ideas, el valor de ser uno mismo en oposición a las creencias impuestas y la cultura tradicional.
En resumen, contienen una parte importante del alma de mi padre ✨
