I've found these wild Snapdragons during a morning walk! 🌱

There is no doubt that the Snapdragon flowers have an enchanting beauty... But once the flowers have withered leaving behind the seed pods, this beautiful lady shows us her most macabre face in the shape of tiny skulls that seem to be screaming from the underworld! Can't wait to dry this beauty to see those little skulls! 💀

As a curiosity, many ancient cultures held the Snapdragon to possess great magical powers. The legend says that this plant had the power to restore youthfulness and beauty to any woman who ate them. Likewise, it was also believed that was acting as a natural protection against curses and bad energies if they were planted in the garden of a house.

So you see... both attractive and mysterious!

Me he topado con esta preciosa Dragonaria silvestre durante un paseo matinal! 🌱

No cabe duda de que las flores de Boca de Dragón o Dragonaria son de una belleza encantadora... Pero una vez que las flores se marchitan dejando atrás las vainas de semillas, esta preciosa dama nos muestra su rostro más macabro en forma de pequeños cráneos que parecen gritar desde el inframundo. ¡No veo el momento de poner a secar esta belleza para ver esos pequeños cráneos! 💀

Como curiosidad, muchas culturas antiguas sostuvieron que la Dragonaria poseía grandes poderes mágicos. Cuenta la leyenda que esta planta tenía el poder de devolver la juventud y la belleza de cualquier mujer que las consumiera. Así mismo, también se creía que actuaba como protección natural contra maldiciones y malas energías si se plantaban en el jardín de la casa.

Ya lo veis... tan atractiva como misteriosa!
